The Registry department which forms the core of the College Administrative is:

  1. Responsible to the Provost for administration of the College and performs such other duties as the Council or as the Provost may from time to time direct:
  2. Obliged to provide secretarial services to the Governing Council, the Academic Board and all the Committees of the Governing Council, and;

iii. Responsible for keeping custody of vital records of the College.
