Office of the Registrar

The office is responsible to the Provost for the administration of the College and offers secretarial services to the Governing Council (all its Committees), and the Academic Board and is responsible for (be general coordination of the activities of all the Divisions in the Registry.

 Secret / Open Registry

The Secret / Open Registries are responsible to the Registrar for the custody of staff records and the supply of statistical information on the staff.

  Academic Division

The Academic division is responsible to the Registrar for the coordination of the activities of the Units in the Division are:-

  1. Admissions:
  2. Examination and Records.
    1. Admission Office

This Unit is responsible to the Academic Secretary for handling all admission issues.

b..      Examination / Records Office

The Examination / Records Office is responsible under the supervision of the Academic Secretary for handling all College examinations,

 

 Establishment Division

Senior Staff Establishment matters. The Office is responsible for handling establishment matters i.e. Staff recruitment, Promotions, and Welfare.

 Junior Staff Establishment.

The Office is responsible to the Establishment Officer for the establishment matters regarding Junior Staff in the College.
